Gina Macklin

Gina has over 15 years of experience in higher education, currently serving as Vice President of Recruitment and Enrollment Management at Delaware County Community College, PA. She has held leadership roles, including Dean of Enrollment Management and Chief Enrollment Strategist, and is a Strategic Enrollment Management Endorsed Professional with AACRAO. Gina has received the NAACP Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Zeitgeist Award for Workplace Diversity and the John & Suanne Roueche Excellence in Community College Leadership Award. She is an active member of several professional associations related to admissions and enrollment. Gina graduated magna cum laude from Anne Arundel Community College, cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies and earned a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Her background includes serving a decade in the FBI, six years in the U.S. Army Reserves Military Police Corps while leading a nonprofit affordable housing organization. She and her husband Corwin have three sons, a daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
